The designer...

I am what you might call a "lingerie enthusiast" which by definition means I love to shop for underthings and usually do so on impulse..quite frequently. What began as the indulgence of a lingerie connoisseur has now developed into the passion of a lingerie designer.

The Evlove concept was born in the summer of 2004 after leaving a corporate management position. While I was grateful for the opportunity to develop in the areas of business and strategic planning, I felt as if something was missing. I wanted to do something that I could be passionate about, something that would challenge me, and something that would move me creatively.

My love for lingerie inspired me to create a business that would take this special product to the next level of intimacy-an opportunity for the customer to create her own.

While working on the development of Evlove, I took a part time sales position at a local lingerie boutique in order to learn all that I could about the industry and the product I was designing. This new path was definitely challenging as there was a lot to learn, but I found it extremely rewarding and fulfilling to know that I was going to be able to share my love for lingerie with women everywhere! It took some time, but I assembled a fantastically talented group of individuals that are committed to developing a quality product and a unique experience that will bring joy to all whom Evlove touches.

Evlove is "evolve" spelled backwards and is significant not only to my personal transformation from corporate consultant to lingerie designer (that's a pretty big jump!), but also to the product itself. Each of Evloves' products evolves through the design process to become something truly special and one-of-a-kind just like exceptional women who will wear it.
