Ready-made lingerie

Any of our ready-made lingerie pieces sold online or at one of our lingerie home parties can be exchanged or returned for store credit ONLY (We do not refund or waive shipping charges on returns or exchanges). Items must be received within 14 days of purchase, UNWORN and accompanied by the original sales receipt. In order to protect our customers' personal hygiene, we simply cannot make any exceptions to this policy.

Custom lingerie

Custom lingerie pieces are considered final sale and therefore CANNOT be returned. We encourage you to contact us at info@evloveintimates.com if you have questions about any of Evloves' products prior to placing your order. We want you to be completely satisfied and we look forward to helping you create your own very personal, one-of-a-kind garments.
