Custom Policy - Our Design Guarantee
If you don't absolutely love it, we'll take it back! We want our customers to love their product AND their experience. If you're not happy, we're not either. Therefore, all custom-designed items may be returned for merchandise credit within 14 days from the date you received your order.
We do encourage you to contact us at email@example.com, by phone at (888) 583-8986 or through our convenient live support chat if you have questions about any of Evloves' products prior to placing your order. We want you to be completely satisfied right from the start and avoid the hassle of a return altogether. We look forward to helping you create your own very personal, one-of-a-kind garments so don't be shy - reach out to us!
Terms and Conditions:
- All items must be returned UNWORN and in sale-able condition with a copy of your purchase receipt as well as a completed return form. In order to protect our customer's personal hygiene we reserve the right to refuse a return if the item has been worn or in poor condition.
- If your order was received defective or is not the design you specified, please call us and we will take care of you immediately. Please do not send in your return without talking to us first - you'll miss out on expedited service as well as a whole lot of butt-kissing and groveling.
- Merchandise credit will be equal to the amount of the original purchase including tax. Original shipping fees will not be refunded.
- Merchandise credit will be issued in the form of an e-gift certificate which can be used towards another custom item or leave the designing to us and choose one of our catalog items. Use your e-gift certificate online or at any one of our local events or home parties.
- Returns are processed weekly and credits are issued the following week.
Any of our ready-made items may be exchanged or returned for store credit ONLY (We do not refund or waive shipping charges on returns or exchanges). Items must be UNWORN and received within 14 days of purchase. In order to protect our customers' personal hygiene, we simply cannot make any exceptions to this policy.
For all returns and exchanges, please complete the return form and place it along with your item(s) in a shipping box.
There is a shipping label at the bottom of the form that you can attach to your package. Evlove is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments, so we recommend that you ship your return with tracking capabilities and insurance.
