All of Evloves' lingerie is made right here in Chicago! Each piece is hand-cut and sewn and personally inspected to ensure quality and accuracy. Special attention is given to each garment by a team of very talented sewers to make sure that your garment is made according to your specifications.


The turnaround time for ready-made pieces bought online is 7-14 business days. All custom orders take 3 weeks for production before we can ship. USPS Priority Mail is our standard shipping method which takes anywhere from 2-3 days (if you’re in Chicago, you can expect about 1-2 days). You may also choose one of our expedited shipping options if you're just too excited to wait that long. When you place your order online, you will be sent two emails. The first email confirms your order with us; the second email will let you know when your product has been shipped.


All of Evloves' fabrics are machine washable, HOWEVER since there are so many unique combinations of delicate trims and embellishments that you can use for your creations, we strongly recommend that you practice hand-washing. Now, we know that for many this may seem daunting (we understand), there is a product we recommend that will help lighten the task. Forever New® is an all organic wash that will help to considerably prolong the life of your delicates and it's an absolute cinch to use-just soak, rinse and lay flat to dry. Your lingerie is happy, you're happy, and we're happy that you can continue to enjoy your product for a very long time. Evlove cannot be responsible for damage that occurs during washing, so please heed our advice and follow the care instructions included with your purchase!

Our prices range from $35 to $95. We realize while under the creative influence of designing your own lingerie, that you have lots of choices. We do not want you to have to factor price into your experience so we've kept it simple. The prices are set by style, so you're free to get as creative as you like or if you're not ready to design your own, you can order one of our ready-made pieces for the same price.

 

 

The pictures you see on the website are photographs taken of the actual materials we carry in stock. We have labored over these photos to ensure that they are as close as possible to the "real thing", but please understand that they still may vary slightly due to the color/contrast settings of your individual computer monitor. Therefore, if you have any questions about colors and/or textures of any of our materials, we encourage you to contact us at (888) 583-8986. Remember that custom orders are final sale, so we're more than happy to assist you with your order to ensure that you're satisfied with your purchase.

 

 

All orders shipped within Illinois will be charged 9.50% sales tax. For all orders outside Illinois, celebrate NOT having to pay our ridiculous sales tax.

 

 

All of Evloves' products are shipped right to your door via USPS Priority Mail. Gift certificates will be shipped via regular mail unless specified otherwise. Please visit our gift certificate section for more detailed information. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday via USPS Priority Mail, our most cost effective shipping method (no P.O. boxes please). You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order is on its way and can expect to receive it within 2-3 days. Please allow 3 weeks for custom orders to be produced before shipping and 2 weeks for any of our ready-made pieces.  More information can be found on our Shipping page.

You invite the guests, we do the rest! First your lingerie party stylist will give a brief introduction and explain the Evlove design process. Next, you and your guests will be free to browse our fabrics and trims and begin designing your own lingerie! Your stylist will be there to answer questions, provide inspiration, and help you place your orders. We've tried to make this experience as simple as possible because more than anything, we want you and your guests to have fun!


Fill out our online request form or call 888-583-8986. Once your party is scheduled, your party stylist will send you some information and helpful tips on hosting an Evlove party. We want your party to be a fun experience for you and your guests at same time keeping it simple for you.


No, there is no charge and there is no minimum purchase as long as we have a lingerie stylist in your area. For party requests in areas where we do not yet have a stylist, we might be able to make travel arrangements in which case a small per person fee will apply. We do ask that you plan for at least 10 guests and that these guests be truly interested in our products. A good rule of thumb is to invite twice the number of people in order to guarantee that the minimum number of people attend your party. Your lingerie stylist will provide you with some additional successful and proven ways to increase your guest list.


As a thank you for being such a generous host, you will receive a free gift as well as 30% off your purchase. *A minimum of 5 orders must be placed at your party in order to qualify for the free gift and discount. 


You may choose from 10 different styles and a large fabric, trim and appliqué selection. With all the possible combinations, you and your guests have a special opportunity to design something truly unique.


No problem. We are dedicated to providing an intimate experience for you and your guests and we reserve your party time exclusively for you. We understand that the unexpected can happen, but we kindly request that you give us as much notice as possible should you need to cancel or reschedule your party, preferably at least 4 days.


Please allow 3 weeks from your purchase date for your order to be sewn and sent out for delivery. Your order will be shipped using USPS Priority Mail. You will receive an email confirmation for placing your order and another confirmation once your order is shipped.
