shipping policy

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday via USPS Priority Mail, our most cost effective and standard shipping method (no P.O. boxes please). Just $5 Flat Rate!
Expedited delivery is usually USPS Express Mail ($25.00 for 1 business day delivery).
Gift certificates will be shipped via regular mail unless specified otherwise. Please visit our gift certificate section for more detailed information.
You will receive a shipping confirmation when your order is on its way to you. USPS does a wonderful job of getting your package delivered within 2-3 business days.
Please allow 3 weeks for custom orders to be produced before shipping and 2 weeks for any of our ready-made pieces (date of purchase to delivery). If you need your order sooner, please call us and we'll do whatever we can to accomodate your request.
Carriers are subject to change in order to be able to offer you the lowest shipping cost available.
